Too Good To Be True by Prajakta Koli

Image
Hello Everyone!       This is your girl, Manasvi. So, today I’m reviewing the book called Too Good To Be True by Prajakta Koli.  (Spoiler alert, so don’t come at me later!)       Prajakta Koli’s debut novel feels like what would happen if a Pinterest board, a Wattpad romance, and your overthinking brain had a love child. The story follows Avani, a law student who works part-time at a bookstore (I mean... dream job, right?), and somehow ends up in a slow-burn romance with Aman Raina, a billionaire CEO. Yeah, I know, billionaire plus bookstore girl sounds totally random, but weirdly enough, it kind of works. Their first encounter is something straight out of a K-drama and honestly, I was here for it.     Avani is basically all of us during those 2 a.m. overthinking sessions. She’s sarcastic, a little messy, ambitious but also confused, and constantly doubting if she’s enough. Her inner monologues had me laughing because, honestly, who h...

Hello Everyone!              This is your girl, Manasvi. So, I finally finished the Twisted series by Ana Huang, and OMG, I have so many feelings. This series took me on a wild ride of emotions; love, heartbreak, rage, and straight-up obsession. Each book follows a different couple, and trust me, these relationships are intense. There’s something for everyone, grumpy-sunshine, enemies-to-lovers, forbidden romance, and even fake dating. If you love romance books that make you feel everything, you NEED to read this series. 1.Twisted Love : This one is about Ava Chen and Alex Volkov, and let me tell you, Alex is TOXIC, but in the best way. He’s cold, broody, and obsessed with Ava in a way that should be illegal. Ava, on the other hand, is this sweet, sunshiny girl who deserves the world. Their love story is full of passion, angst, and some serious jaw-dropping moments. (Spoiler Alert! Alex’s revenge plot?? His whole deal with Ava’s family?? I WAS SHOCKED....

Hello Everyone!            This is your girl, Manasvi and today I'm reviewing the book called "Urla Surla" by P. L. Deshpande. let me tell you that this is the first Marathi book I have read. It is one of those books that feels like sitting with a good friend who always has the best stories to tell. It’s a collection of light-hearted essays and stories where Pu La takes the most ordinary moments and turns them into something absolutely hilarious. Whether he’s describing a messy train ride, a quirky neighbor, or some everyday chaos, you can’t help but laugh and feel like you’ve been there too.          What makes this book so special is how simple and real it feels. Pu La has this magical way of finding humor in the smallest, most random things—things you would usually just ignore. And the way he writes, it’s like he’s talking to you directly, with that warm, playful tone of his. It’s not just about the laughs, though. There’s a...

Hello Everyone!                 This is your girl, Manasvi. So, Today I'm reviewing the book called "The Silent Patient" by Alex Michaelides. this was the first murder mystery book I read, and I must say that this book really got me into mystery-thriller genre. To be honest, the first half of the book was boring. It was not exiting at all but when I finally reached at the last few chapters, I completely understood why this book was so hyped. The plot twist, literally left me speechless! It was too good.      Spoiler Alert!!          I just love how the writer of this book literally  made us believe on something that's not even the actual truth. Well I already kind of knew that, Alysia killed her husband because he was cheating on her. But why she was silent? why was she holding herself? what was she hiding? what her painting, the Alcestis actually meant? how that painting relates her s...

Hello Everyone!              This is your girl, Manasvi and today I'm reviewing "It starts with us" novel by Colleen Hoover. This is the second part of the "it ends with us series". I have already reviewed the first book so, if you want to read that one please check out that one before reading this one. <3                              So, let's start with the cover page, I just love the the colors combination used for the cover. It was a picture of water with yellow flowers floating inside it. It perfectly interpreted the content inside, The story of our main lead Lily Blooms. it expresses how her life changed after that incident. it shows the fresh starting of the story.                          The story, starts with the changes happened in Lily's lifestyle after becoming a mother. As we read in the fir...
